Welcome

This was a project that took place over time.  It was a summer home with an Addition to make a Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, sitting room on a crawl space and then a new concrete patio, plus how could I forget the Doggy door that opened and closed as the dog approached, fun stuff

I did end up doing more than that as I scrapped all of the popcorn of the ceilings off the existing ceilings, applied new texture ceilings, new flooring Engineered wood floor, new paint on everything, new doors and hardware.  The back two bedrooms were panel and ACT ceilings; those were removed and Drywall in lieu and painted.

Plus, I placed and new septic Tank and field, and new backup generator and new gas service added a new wood fence and chain link as well.  Seeded the entire yard and planted new trees and shrubs as well.

This was a very fun project and good people to work.......
